The supply of spare parts to Eco Log’s service providers and resellers is streamlined!
HSP Gripen and Eco Log are now streamlining the supply of spare parts to Eco Log’s service providers and resellers. A larger stock of HSP Gripen’s spare parts is being built up at Eco Log in Söderhamn. From first of January 2022 they will take over all distribution and coordinate this with its regular spare parts supply – both in Sweden and in the global market.
Robin Svanberg, HSP Gripen, sees many benefits from the expanded collaboration.
– This simplifies in many ways, not least for Eco Log’s service providers and dealers who can now turn to one and the same place when they need to order spare parts. This will make management both faster and more cost-effective. Plus it will be easier to handle in, for example, warranty matters. So this will be a positive development for everyone, not least for Eco Log’s customers, says Robin.
Even for Marcus Sohlberg at Eco Log, it feels like a natural step to take over the handling of HSP Gripen’s spare parts.
– At Eco Log, we already have a well-functioning organization and established routines with various distributors, where we send spare parts all over the world on a daily basis. So therefore it feels like a natural solution to also integrate HSP Gripen’s spare parts into our own distribution. In this way, we can streamline deliveries, make them faster to the end customer and avoid double transports, which is also a benefit for the environment, says Marcus Sohlberg.
